Hi my name is Lucy Hall and along with my passion for Horses, Eventing, Hunting and National Hunt Racing I enjoy Freelance Photography. I grew up and live in the Cotswolds and after travelling or working in different parts of the world I have been drawn back to the beautiful countryside. I have ridden horses since I was 7 years old and they are still a big part of my life in so many different way's.
I have had a passion and an eye from an early age for photography. My dream for 30 years was to photograph with the professional photographers at the infamous Badminton Lake, at the Mitsabishi Motors Badminton International Horse Trials. This was achieved in 2011 where I had the best seat in the house!!
One piece of advice I was given from a fellow photographer before my first Badminton was 'Listen lots,say little and act like you belong' this has stuck with me ever since.
Most of my time from March through to November is taken up on the Eventing circuit photographing all three disciplines - Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping and as I'm conveniently located to so many British Eventing and International Events my weekends tend to get very busy!
